Barbara Kammer is a Polish violist and graduate of the Haute École de Musique de Genève, the Royal Danish Academy of Music in Copenhagen, and the Stanisław Moniuszko Academy of Music in Gdańsk. She also attended the prestigious Soloist Programme at the Danish National Academy of Music, pursued studies in early music at Lund University, and took part in the academies of the Scharoun Ensemble of the Berlin Philharmonic and the London Symphony Orchestra.

She has performed throughout Europe, the United States, Middle East and North Africa with leading orchestras and chamber ensembles including the Orchestre de la Suisse Romande, l’Orchestre de Chambre de Genève, Odense Symphony Orchestra, Baltic Sea Philharmonic. Recordings of these collaborations have been released by Decca, Sony Classical, while her performances have been broadcast by RTS (Switzerland), DR (Denmark), and SR (Sweden).

Barbara has shared the stage with distinguished artists such as Martha Argerich, Emmanuel Pahud, Maria João Pires, Isabelle Faust, Gautier Capuçon, and Elsa Dreisig, appearing in renowned venues including the Berliner Philharmonie, Concertgebouw Amsterdam, Mariinsky Theatre,Elbphilharmonie Hamburg, Queen Elisabeth Hall, or Barbican in London.
